Therapy with Jo
Psychodynamic Counselling/Therapy helps us understand how our feelings and behaviour in the present are still being driven by patterns and beliefs developed long ago, often in early childhood. These processes are often unconsious and the psychodynamic approach is particularly effective at shining a light on those processes. If we can understand why we feel and behave the way we do then we can begin to heal and change.
Mindfulness with Jo
The type of Mindfulness I teach is MBCT - Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. I offer ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ Workshops for small groups as well as 8-week Mindfulness Courses which can be delivered online or face to face. You can join me on Thursday evenings on Zoom if you would like to access my live guided meditation sessions. I also incorporate Mindfulness into my work as a Therapist if appropriate.
